On my high school wrestling team, one of my friendâs was the lightweight head coachâs son. The lightweight head coach treated everyone on the team like his son, and thatâs what we love about that coach. He was also very fair. If his son was doing poorly, he wouldnât let him start. His son would never complain. This is what I like to see in a father/ coach and son relationship.
